At Empowered Women Foundation, we are committed to providing meaningful and impactful experiences for our participants. We understand that situations may arise requiring cancellations or refunds. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds and cancellations are granted for our events, programs, and services.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds for events, workshops, and programs are available for cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the event or program start date. Cancellations made within this time frame will receive a full refund, minus any processing fees.
Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event or program are generally not eligible for a refund. Exceptions may be considered in cases of emergency, subject to our discretion.
No-Show Policy:
If a participant does not attend an event or program without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
Cancellation Before Start Date:
For multi-session programs, participants may request a full refund if they cancel at least 7 days before the first session begins.
Partial Attendance:
If a participant attends part of a multi-session program but chooses to discontinue, refunds will not be provided for unused sessions.
Rescheduling or Cancellation:
In cases where Empowered Women Foundation needs to cancel or reschedule an event, participants will be notified as soon as possible. Registered participants will have the option to receive a full refund or apply their registration fee to a future event.
Force Majeure:
In cases of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, public health crises), Empowered Women Foundation reserves the right to reschedule or cancel events without liability. Refunds in such cases will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Timeline:
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the approved request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of registration.
Processing Fees:
Please note that processing fees associated with payments may be non-refundable and are deducted from the refunded amount.
